With a growing management portfolio across Queensland and exciting projects underway in Brisbane and Townsville, we're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our Brisbane team and take ownership of a diverse South East Queensland portfolio.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the assets, building strong tenant and client relationships, and having genuine ownership over the performance and presentation of their portfolio.

Working from our Albion Head Office, you'll manage a portfolio of retail and commercial assets across South East Queensland and work closely with our broader property, leasing, development and finance teams.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day performance of a South East Queensland property portfolio

• Building strong relationships with tenants, clients and key stakeholders

• Coordinating maintenance, contractors and operational requirements

• Monitoring lease compliance, critical dates and tenant obligations

• Preparing and managing property budgets, forecasts and monthly reporting

• Reviewing financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining high presentation standards

• Working collaboratively with our leasing and wider property team to drive asset performance

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well and enjoys finding solutions rather than simply managing processes.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• 5+ years' property management experience, preferably across retail or commercial property

• Strong organisational and financial management skills

• Confidence dealing directly with tenants, clients, contractors and other stakeholders

• A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach

• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture

• Experience with Cirrus8 is advantageous, but not essential

• A genuine interest in property and a desire to grow with the business
