CFO ADVISORY MANAGER ACCOUNTANT – NORTH BRISBANE - LEADING QUEENSLAND-BASED ACCOUNTING FIRM (JOB ID 1504)

Our client, a leading Queensland-based accounting firm, is seeking an experienced CA or CPA to join their CFO and Financial Solutions team. You’ll work with a diverse client base, providing end-to-end CFO advisory services, from accurate financial reporting and budgeting to high-level strategic advice, helping businesses make informed decisions and achieve sustainable growth. 

The Role: 

• Provide clients with timely and reliable financial reporting  

• Manage workflows and deadlines to ensure accuracy across financial statements  

• Lead by example, offering proactive guidance to clients  

• Mentor team members and support their development  

• Continuously improve systems, processes, and service delivery  

• Contribute to expanding the firm’s CFO Solutions offerings  

• Embed new technologies and streamline workflows  

About You: 

• CA or CPA-qualified accountant  

• 5+ years' experience in accounting firms or commercial organisations  

• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and advisory  

• Excellent client relationship and communication skills  

• High level of technical knowledge with proven ability to deliver CFO-level services to SMEs  

• Comfortable leading teams and implementing process improvements  

• Collaborative, able to work across functions to deliver exceptional outcomes
