This isn’t your typical Assistant Store Manager position.

We are launching a brand-new large-format retail store in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne and are looking for a hands-on leader who wants to be part of building something from the ground up — shaping team culture, driving performance, and setting the standard from day one.

The Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a large-format / big-box fast paced retail environment and help build a high-performing, engaged team.

Your focus will be on:

• Leading from the front on the shop floor

• Coaching and developing team members to lift performance

• Driving sales, KPIs, and customer experience

• Managing stock, VM, and operational standards

• Creating a positive, accountable team environment.

Who this role suits
This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is currently a Supervisor, Team Leader, 2IC or ASM ready for a bigger challenge

• Comes from big box, large-format or high-volume retail
