Saturday Sales Receptionist / Host

Brighton Toyota requires vibrant and happy person to join our team as our casual Saturday Sales Receptionist and Host .

We have a very busy and energetic sales environment with a constant flow of customers in person and via the telephone and require someone who can think on their toes. 

You're the first contact for our customers and will welcome them into our business in a very professional and polite manner.

Our goal is to provide our customers with an exceptional experience while visiting us for their next vehicle purchase. 

About you

• Outstanding Customer Service Skills

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Experience in guest facing role

• Exceptional multitasking skills

About the role

• Meeting and greeting customers

• Ensuring customers are attended to promptly

• Answering phones and taking messages

• Reporting

• Some administrative tasks

• Saturday 9.00am to 5.30pm
