About the Role:

The Social Media Content Creator plays a key role in elevating Fitness Nation’s online presence by crafting and managing engaging content across all social media platforms. This position requires creativity, the ability to work autonomously and with a team, strong attention to detail, and strategic thinking to maintain consistent brand messaging and drive community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, and schedule compelling content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform.

• Film content for onsite events hosted at Fitness Nation

• Monitor trends and adapt strategies to maximise reach and engagement.

• Ensure all content aligns with Fitness Nation’s brand voice, messaging and content pillars.

• Track performance metrics and provide regular insights for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with team members to plan campaigns and promotions.

Role Details:

• Hours: This role is currently 10 hours per week with the potential to increase over time as the brand and its needs grow.

Ideal Candidate Skills:

• Strong writing and editing skills with a flair for creative storytelling.

• A genuine passion for the health and fitness industry is essential.

• Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Adobe Suit, G-Drive).

• Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics. (TikTok Creator Insights, Metricool, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong comprehension and execution of creative briefs

• Can turn a brief into brilliant, on-brand content

• Skilled in understanding and translating briefs into engaging content
