This is a national team with consultants based all around Australia, working to service their existing loyal clientele and taking new leisure enquiry from FCTG’s network of Corporate customers.

Your Tasks Will Include

Managing cutting-edge OBW Business and Operating systemsAssisting with shop budgets and exceeding P&L expectationsAccelerating growth in customer bookings and fostering repeat businessCommunicating and implementing exciting system updates and trainingContributing to the success of FCB initiatives, Flight Centre Holidays, and booking component levels 4+Coaching and developing the skills of your team membersProviding a vision and instilling motivation in the teamCultivating an overall positive and vibrant office environment
