Team Leader - Flight Centre Corporate Benefits - Hybrid or Remote, AUS Wide

This is the time to take the next step in your career! We are now looking for an experienced leader (2+ years) to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Team Leader for our Corporate Benefits team. This is a national team with consultants based all around Australia, working to service their existing loyal clientele and taking new leisure enquiry from FCTG’s network of Corporate customers.

As a Team Leader overseeing your store you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow key KPIs, along with a number of other responsibilities. It will also be your responsibility to work closely with the Area Leader to ensure that your store is contributing to meet area targets.

At FCTG we understand the importance of flexibility while fostering a culture of collaboration through in person iterations – our Corporate Benefits team offer remote, head office and hybrid working arrangements.

What you’ll be doing as the Team Leader in our team of Corporate Benefits Experts…

• Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
• Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Providing vision and motivation for the team
• Maintaining an overall positive office environment
