Project Manager (Construction / Client-side)

We’re looking for a driven and capable Project Manager to join our Sydney team. THE ROLEWith the support of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll take ownership of a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects across multi-residential, private luxury residential, mixed-use, senior living, commercial, industrial, and more. Drawing on your existing and proven expertise as a client-side Project Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including consultant appointments, town planning, design coordination, authority approvals, sales and marketing interface, feasibility analysis, and construction delivery. You may also be involved in project due diligence and site assessments for potential new developments.
This is a client facing role where your ability to build and manage strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be key to success.
