Day Services Bring energy, creativity and encouragement to group programs, community activities and skill-building opportunities. Support people to explore their interests, build confidence, develop independence and create meaningful social connections.

Getaways Help create memorable experiences through overnight stays, short breaks and holidays. From trying something new to building friendships and confidence, you’ll play an important role in making every getaway enjoyable, safe and enriching.

Your Supports Provide personalised support in people’s homes and local communities. Whether it’s building everyday living skills, accessing the community, pursuing hobbies or working towards personal goals, you’ll support people in ways that are meaningful to them.

SIL & SDA Homes Work alongside people in their home environment to build independence, confidence and choice in everyday life. From daily routines and household tasks to developing new skills and achieving personal goals, you’ll help create a supportive home where people can thrive.

This role requires a minimum of a Certificate IV. Whether you prefer structured weekday programs, one-on-one community support, overnight getaways or supporting people in their homes, there is something for everyone at The Bridge Inc.
