COOKIE STORE MANAGER - Degraves St. CBD (3000)

A Cookie World of Pure Imagination! At The Confectionist Bakery, not only do we offer the most scrumptious range of loaded cookies and hand-piped biscuits, but a show-stopping, mind-blowing, super indulgent customer experience. 

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Store Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for leading our team to provide exceptional service to our customers, and serving the best chocolate chip cookies in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Cookie Baking and (minimal) decorating as per standards (training provided)

• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

• Assisting with stock management, goods receiving and stock rotation.

• Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

• Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ensuring team are following standards of the above

• Rosters and Shift Cover

• Interviews, Trialling and Training new team members

• Liaising with HQ

Skills and qualities desired:

• Must have Managerial Hospitality experience

• Baking experience preferred but not necessary

• Great time management and organisational skills

• A commitment to creating a positive work environment for our team

• A love for cookies and sweet treats are a must

Shift Schedule:

• Full Time

• Weekdays and/or weekend availability

• Shift Work/Rotating Roster

• Public Holidays
