• Client Experience Consultant – Casual (approximately 25-30 hours per week)

• Must be available to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and every 2nd Saturday

• Must be able to cover annual and sick leave required

About the Role

As a Client Experience Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring every client feels valued, understood, and cared for from the moment they walk in. You’ll play a key role in building lasting relationships, guiding clients through their aesthetic journey, and supporting their confidence and well-being.

Reporting to the Clinic Development Manager, you’ll work closely with a passionate team of clinicians and consultants who are committed to excellence and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage clients with warmth and professionalism

• Build strong relationships through attentive service and follow-up

• Manage bookings, consultations, and client communications

• Support clinic operations and contribute to a harmonious team culture

• Collaborate with the Clinic Development Manager to enhance client experience strategies
