Blue Manna Bistro in beautiful Dunsborough is looking for an experienced Head Chef, or a talented Sous Chef ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

We are an owner-operated, award-winning seafood restaurant with a fantastic team, loyal customer base and a strong focus on exceptional local seafood and seasonal produce.

This is more than just another kitchen position. It’s an opportunity to take a leading role in an established restaurant, working alongside owner and chef Coby, who is passionate about mentoring and supporting the right person.

We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the kitchen, lead and develop a great team, and help shape the future of Blue Manna Bistro.

• Head Chef experience OR a strong Sous Chef ready to step up

• Strong leadership and team-building skills
