Field Service Technician – No Experience Needed, Full Training Provided

About the role

You'll work from a daily run sheet completing in-home repairs, servicing and installing domestic whitegoods and appliances across Adelaide metro. It's a largely autonomous role with plenty of independence, but you'll never be on your own, our experienced team backs each other up and there's always support on the end of the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Complete high-quality in-home service, repairs and installations

• Work from a daily run sheet across set areas

• Diagnose faults and solve technical problems on the spot

• Deliver a positive experience for our loyal customers

• Complete service invoices and paperwork via tablet

About you

• A great attitude and a friendly, professional manner

• Genuine willingness to learn new skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A current, valid Australian driver's licence

• Physical ability to squat, kneel, twist, push and pull throughout the day

• Trade qualifications (plumbing, electrical), electronics background or previous appliance experience are a bonus, but genuinely not required
