We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Senior Financial Accountant / Controlling to step into a pivotal 2IC role to the Finance Manager who leads our dynamic team. How You’ll Drive Impact

Be the Strategic 2IC: Work side-by-side with the Finance Manager to run day-to-day operations, lead commercial planning, and elevate overall financial performance.Master the Numbers & Systems: Bridge technical precision with commercial insight—ensuring seamless integration between Oracle and Tagetik while managing robust financial controls.Lead Global & Local Operations: Oversee project accounting, drive key capital allocations, and steer our high-performing offshore shared services team in India.Build Future-Focused Strategy: Build dynamic financial models, uncover cost efficiencies, and turn raw data into actionable growth strategies.Own Audit & Compliance: Serve as the main orchestrator for internal/external audits, statutory reporting, tax, and governance—keeping us robust, transparent, and compliant.Empowered Culture: Built on Trust, Collaboration, and Courage, we empower you to take ownership and lead from day one.Strategic Visibility: Positioned directly alongside key business units, procurement, engineering, and leadership.Growth & Scope: A varied, challenging portfolio that spans commercial strategy, system integrity, and global team coordination

What You Bring To The Team

Solid Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA/CPA qualification is strongly preferred.Proven Expertise: 4 to 6+ years of general accounting/FP&A experience. Big 4 second or third movers will love the scope of this role!Systems Savvy & Analytical Power: Demonstrated mastery in financial modelling, ERP systems (Oracle/Tagetik experience is a massive plus), and data analytics.Leadership Drive: 1 to 2 years of experience leading projects or coordinating workflows, with the confidence to guide cross-functional teams.Mindset: An energetic problem solver with high attention to detail, continuous improvement drive, and calm confidence under pressure.
