Senior Project Manager/ Superintendent

Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager to oversee complex urban development projects from design through to construction. This full-time role, based in Sydney, NSW, involves managing large-scale civil subdivision projects, ensuring governance, quality, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil subdivision projects from design to construction

• Ensure project governance, quality assurance, and timely delivery

• Oversee financial aspects, client liaison, and contract administration

• Resolve site and project issues with technical expertise

• Apply internal project management standards and procedures

• Support and mentor project personnel

• Maintain compliance with design codes, regulations, and Australian Standards

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through successful project delivery
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in urban development/land subdivision

• Experience within an engineering consultancy

• Previous site experience (desired)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of relevant design codes, local authority guidelines, and Australian Standards

• Proven track record in similar roles with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes
