About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will act as a trusted Mercedes-Benz ambassador, delivering a personalised and premium customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and ongoing ownership.

Working across our New Vehicle, Pre-Owned Vehicle and Van portfolios, you will develop lasting customer relationships while helping clients find the perfect Mercedes-Benz to suit their lifestyle and needs.

In this role, you will:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing Mercedes-Benz customers
• Deliver a personalised, end-to-end sales experience across our New Vehicle, Pre-Owned and Van ranges
• Present and demonstrate the latest Mercedes-Benz vehicles with confidence and expert product knowledge
• Capitalise on an exciting pipeline of approximately 40 new model launches over the next 24 months
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining brand integrity
• Manage customer leads, follow-ups and sales pipeline activity through CRM systems
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries to create a memorable ownership experience
• Ensure compliance with dealership processes, Mercedes-Benz Australia standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with Finance & Insurance, Service and Delivery teams
• Represent Mercedes-Benz Hornsby with professionalism and enthusiasm in every customer interaction

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or luxury retail sales (automotive highly regarded)
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• A polished and professional communication style
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• A customer-first mindset and enthusiasm for the Mercedes-Benz brand
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and negotiate effectively
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools
• A current and valid driver's licence
