With the expansion of DENZA in Victoria markets, we are now seeking passionate “Denza Partners” to join our retail team and be part of this exciting new chapter of growth and innovation.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Denza Sales Consultant, you will represent one of the most innovative luxury EV/PHEV brands in the world, delivering a personalised and premium customer experience. This is a consultative, appointment-led sales role within a purpose-built flagship showroom. You will operate in a structured, premium environment focused on customer experience, process discipline, and long-term relationship building.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver a flagship-level luxury customer experience aligned with DENZA brand standards

• Manage scheduled sales appointments from first enquiry through to delivery

• Take full ownership of customer relationships and ongoing engagement

• Accurately capture, manage, and follow up all leads within the CRM

• Confidently present product, technology, and ownership benefits

• Work collaboratively with leadership, reception, and finance to ensure a seamless experience

• Contribute to the establishment of processes, standards, and culture for future DENZA dealerships

About You

We’re seeking confident, customer-focused professionals with a passion for luxury vehicles and innovation.

You’ll Ideally Have:

• Background in premium automotive, luxury retail, (e.g. Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo) or high-end retail sales (e.g. fashion, jewellery, watches, or other luxury products).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.

• Comfortable operating within a structured, appointment-based sales model

• High attention to detail and strong CRM discipline

• Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset

• Motivated by long-term brand building rather than short-term transactions

• A valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work weekends/public holidays (5-day roster)

• Automotive sales experience is highly regarded, but candidates from aligned luxury sectors are strongly encouraged to apply.
