The OpportunityWe are seeking a customer focusedVendor Replenishment Planner to join our team. In this critical role, you willmanage vendor relationships, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the timelyreplenishment of stock to meet client needs. This position requires anunderstanding of supply chain principles, excellent communication skills, andthe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assess stock requirements, and ensure optimal stock availability. Performance Monitoring: Track supplier performance and address any issues affecting stock delivery or quality. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, operations, and client services, to align replenishment activities with overall business goals. Reporting: Provide clear and actionable reporting on inventory metrics, vendor KPIs, and operational improvements.
What We’re Looking ForExperience in vendor replenishment, inventory planning, or supply chain operations - Preferably in an FMCG environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
