The Opportunity

We are seeking a customer focused Vendor Replenishment Planner to join our team. In this critical role, you will
manage vendor relationships, monitor inventory levels, and ensure the timely replenishment of stock to meet client needs. This position requires an understanding of supply chain principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assess stock requirements, and ensure optimal stock availability.  

• Performance Monitoring: Track supplier performance and address any issues affecting stock delivery or quality.  

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency.  

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, operations, and client services, to align replenishment activities with overall business goals. 

• Reporting: Provide clear and actionable reporting on inventory metrics, vendor KPIs, and operational improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in vendor replenishment, inventory planning, or supply chain operations - Preferably in an FMCG environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).

• A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

• Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
