Novated Administration Officer

ORIX is looking for a detail focused and proactive Novated Leasing Administrator to join our Novated team. This role is all about accuracy, organisation, and collaboration - you’ll play a key part in preparing vehicle quotations and supporting our Novated Specialists to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

Included In What You'll Be Doing

Prepare accurate and timely vehicle quotations in our systems (Salesforce/ORION)Liaise with dealers, via phone and email, to obtain pricing and follow up on quotesSupport Novated Specialists to ensure quotes are processed efficiently and correctlyWork closely with internal teams including Pricing, Dealer Relations, Credit, and Repairs & MaintenanceMaintain a high standard of accuracy and meet KPIs around turnaround timesBe part of a supportive, collaborative team environment with regular catch-ups and knowledge sharing

What You Have

Proven experience in administration and data entry roles within a corporate environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy in managing high-volume tasksConfidence working with numbers and processing information quickly and correctlyExcellent communication skills - both written and verbal,Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle asssessoriesA positive, can-do attitude and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
