Position Overview

As a Care Worker in Hotel Services, you’ll play a key role in supporting independence, dignity, and comfort by providing essential services in catering to create a positive and enriching daily experience for our residents. Play a key role in enhancing resident wellbeing through nutritious meals and support.

Monday to Friday – 6am to 2pm or 7am to 3pm. (Opportunity to work weekends if you are interested).

Qualifications & Experience

Certificate III in Hospitality or an equivalent qualification. (Preferred, not mandatory) Minimum 3 months experience in in hospitality or food services – whether in catering, cooking or kitchenhand roles. (Training will be provided however you will need a good understanding of the basics) Knowledge of safe food handling practices and a passion for preparing quality, nutritious meals.Previous experience in community care or aged care is a bonus.You’re empathetic, adaptable, and resourceful, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.work in line with Uniting’s core values of compassion, respect, boldness, and creativity.
