Speech Pathologist

Full time OR Part time

If you’re an experienced Speech Pathologist who likes the independence of managing your own week and basing yourself from home, — without giving up clinical support and connection — this may be worth a look.

We’re looking for a clinician based in Perth to support clients in their local community with some opportunity to work with remote clients via telehealth.

You’ll structure your week around client visits and working from home, manage your own diary, and generally travel within 30 minutes of home. Our model gives you much of the autonomy and flexibility of contracting, with the security and benefits of permanent employment.

The Position

• Shape your caseload around the age groups you most enjoy working with (children, adolescents or adults or a mix)

• Work across a broad mix of presentations and support needs providing assessment and therapy

• Collaborate with your Speech team and wider multi-disciplinary team (OTs, Behaviour Support, Psychology)

• Upskill through internal and external professional development opportunities

This is a role for someone who values autonomy and enjoys being trusted to manage their own week. We won’t dictate where you need to be every hour of the day — you’ll have the flexibility to structure your work in a way that works for you, while taking ownership of your caseload, documentation and billable responsibilities.

Who we’re looking for

• Speech Pathology qualifications and SPA membership

• Experience servicing NDIS participants

• Confidence working remotely and in community

• A driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC
