This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or early-career Speech Pathologist who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful client outcomes. You will: Build and manage your own client base with the freedom to choose when, where, and how much you work.

Deliver evidence-based, client-focused speech pathology services across various referral pathways. Be supported by centralised administrative functions including client onboarding, service agreements, and invoicing — allowing you to focus on what matters most: your clients. Collaborate with a community of like-minded professionals who share a passion for making a real difference.

Requirements:  Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology . Current SPA registration (or eligibility for membership).

NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain one. Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills. A collaborative, ethical, and client-focused approach.
