Food & Beverage Support - Theatre

The Coliseum Team are looking for a pro-active and passionate hospitality team member to provide temporary relief support with their food and beverage operations.

About the Opportunity

This role will work closely with the Coliseum Theatre team, providing operational support during busy show periods. This role suits a current team member looking for additional hours or exposure to different duties within a different work environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• General food & beverage attendant duties
• Setting up bars pre-events, ensuring they are stocked and well presented
• Completing stock take and ordering
• Cocktail menu planning
• Preparing purchase orders for invoices
• Preparing emails and other ad-hoc administrative tasks

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service
• A passion for hospitality and delivering great customer experiences
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• RSA Competency Card (NSW)
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
