What you’ll doAs a People & Culture Business Partner, you'll:Partner with leaders to provide practical people advice and supportAssist with employee relations, performance, conduct and workplace mattersSupport workforce planning, talent development and employee engagement initiativesCoach leaders through people processes and build their capability and confidence
What you’ll bringExperience in a HR/P&C Business Partnering settingSound knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary people practicesExcellent communication and organisational skillsStrong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and support stakeholdersA proactive and solutions-focused approach to managing people matters(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus Points forExperience within the disability or aged care industry.Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
