What you’ll doAs our Senior P&C Business Partner, you will:Partner strategically with senior leaders across Victoria to deliver impactful, practical P&C solutions.Provide expert ER/IR advice, confidently navigating complex matters with sound judgement and careDrive key people initiatives including leadership capability, workforce planning, engagement and organisational development.Influence and challenge leaders to build high-performing, inclusive and accountable teams.
What you’ll bringSignificant experience in business partnering or HR, ideally within large or complex organisations.Proven expertise covering ER/IR, leadership coaching, workforce planning and performance management.Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying modern awards, enterprise agreements and Fair Work legislation in a multifaceted employment setting.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
