Ready to shape the future of Business Lending technology?

As Technology Service Owner, you'll lead a portfolio of critical applications that power Business Lending while helping drive one of the bank's most exciting transformation agendas. From digital replatforming and platform modernisation through to emerging technologies and engineering uplift, you'll have the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll partner closely with engineers, architects, business stakeholders and senior technology leaders to deliver resilient, scalable and customer focused solutions. You'll lead a team of engineers and system analysts, guide technical decision making, and help create an environment where innovation thrives.

Based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, this is a permanent hybrid role with an expectation of 2 to 3 days per week in our Barangaroo office.

What do I need?

 • Strong technical background in software engineering, solution design or architecture within large scale enterprise environments.

 • Experience working across modern technology stacks, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms and system integrations.

 • Ability to provide technical guidance and influence engineering decisions across complex technology landscapes.

 • Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching teams and building capability.

 • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior technology and business leaders.
