Bar/ Cafe All-rounder

Oak Point Golf Club is looking for an energetic and reliable Part-time Bar & Café All‑Rounder to join our team. If you enjoy variety, great customer service, and working in a friendly environment, this role is for you.

As a Bar & Café All‑Rounder, you’ll support daily operations across our bar, café, and food service areas. You’ll be hands‑on, adaptable, and confident engaging with members and guests.

• Customer service across the bar and café

• Preparing light meals, sandwiches, and general food prep

• Making barista‑style coffee (training provided if needed)

• Pouring tap beer and basic bar service

• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas, crockery, and glassware

• Balancing tills at end of shift

• Receiving and rotating stock (FIFO)

• Supporting the Manager with general duties as required

• Ability to prepare simple meals and complete food prep

• Barista experience or willingness to learn

• Basic bar knowledge or willingness to learn

• Ability to lift 15–20 kg when receiving stock

• RSA and RCG (essential)

• Australian working rights

• Own transport (public transport is limited)

• A positive attitude, initiative, and the ability to work without supervision

• Full training provided

• 6‑month probationary period with ongoing support

• Staff Meal provided for rostered break or discounted staff price on meals

• Daily coffee/ postmix drink provided
