Trainer Needed for UEE30820 – Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess UEE30820 – Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician at our Melbourne campus.

This position is ideal for an industry professional who is passionate about training the next generation of electricians and supporting students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Deliver high-quality training and assessment in accordance with the training package requirements.

• Develop and maintain learning and assessment resources.

• Conduct assessments and provide timely feedback to students.

• Monitor student progress and provide academic support where required.

• Participate in validation and moderation activities.

• Maintain accurate training and assessment records.

• Ensure compliance with ASQA, CRICOS, and RTO Standards requirements.

• Support student engagement, attendance, and course completion outcomes.

• Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the training department.

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).

• Vocational competency at least to the level being delivered and assessed.

• Current industry skills and knowledge in the Electrotechnology sector.

• Sound understanding of the Standards for RTOs and competency-based training.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• TAEASS502 Design and Develop Assessment Tools.

• TAELLN411 Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills.

• Experience delivering training to international/domestic students.

• Previous experience within a CRICOS registered RTO.

• Minimum one year of training and assessment experience.

• Experience with student support and retention strategies.
