Joinery Estimator

The PositionBased at our Wingfield office, the Estimator will be required to work to deadlines while coordinating multiple tender submissions and liaising with the Project Management team on current projects simultaneously. The Estimator will be responsible for: Assisting in the preparation of estimates for Tier 1 builders within the High-rise Apartments and Hotels based on drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.Assisting in the preparation of tender submissions and proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements. Developing accurate scopes of work and conducting material take-offs. Analysing project plans, specifications, and other documents to fully understand project requirements.Maintaining detailed records of estimates, quotes, and other relevant documentation.
