Who We’re Looking For
Your background may be in accounting, payroll, systems accounting or a related discipline, but you’ve become the go-to subject matter expert for ERP, payroll or HRIS implementations and transformation projects.
You bring a blend of accounting and system implementation experience. You’re the bridge between the business and the implementation partner, helping organisations optimise processes, improve system utilisation, manage testing and data migration, document best practice, support user adoption and maximise the value of their systems.

We’re keen to connect with professionals who have experience in one or more of the following:

• ERP, payroll or HRIS implementations
• Finance transformation and systems optimisation
• Systems accounting
• Payroll transformation
• Acting as the business Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Data migration, validation and reconciliation
• Process mapping and process improvement
• User training, system adoption and change management
• Documentation, governance and standard operating procedures
• Finance, payroll or HR systems support

Experience with one or more of the following systems would be highly regarded:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Pronto
• MYOB Advanced
