Practice Leader - Part Time (Alice Springs, NT)

Come and join our growing team in Alice Springs (Northern Territory) where we are currently recruiting for a Part time Practice Leader to join our Operations Team.

Let us tell you about the role:

As the Practice Leader you will supervise a team of support professionals that deliver client quality of life outcomes. This position facilitates high quality support through observation, modelling, coaching, fostering teamwork between support professionals.

This role will lead the direct provision of services with a specific focus on building team capability to achieve the objectives of the organisation in a manner consistent and supportive of the organisation’s strategic objections, values and purpose.

About you

• Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disability and experience in a similar role
• Available to fulfil a rotating roster including weekends and overnights
• NDIS Worker Check
• National Police Check
• Full unrestricted driver’s license
• First aid and CPR certificate
