Senior ILS Engineer

Ocius Technology is an Australian company dedicated to developing and deploying cutting edge Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs). Our vessel's harness Wind, Solar and Wave power to remain at sea collecting vital data for Defence and Civilian applications.
We are under contracts with RAN, RNZN and USA and are responding in an agile way to an ambitious program of building and deploying multiple USVs for operations around Australia and beyond.
About the Role
The Senior ILS Engineer will ensure Ocius provides our customer with a reliable and effective fleet of Bluebottles as the platform enters service. The role will ensure that the customer receives ongoing technical support, training, supplies and product support, ensuring that Ocius delivers and the customer is able to utilise the Bluebottle to its full capability.
A typical day includes:
Engaging with our Defence customers, ensuring we are meeting our deliverables and ensuring customer satisfactionSupporting long-term sustainment planning across supply chains and mitigating obsolescence riskAssessing the impacts of potential configuration and engineering changes across the fleet.
Selection Criteria
Experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or Logistics Engineering within Defence or complex asset environmentsWorking knowledge across key ILS elements: Maintenance Planning, Supply Support, Support & Test Equipment, Technical Data and TrainingStrong analytical capability with experience interpreting reliability, maintenance and operational performance dataDemonstrated ability to develop, manage and review technical documentation and ILS artefacts to a high standardAbility to engage effectively across functions within structured program environments
