Assets Manager

In this role, you'll:

•  You will enable operational asset management across the Sydney Metro network to support resilient assets, regulatory compliance and safe, seamless customer journeys. 

•  You will lead asset assurance, reliability and performance analysis in a complex operating environment to optimise investment, value for money and operational outcomes. 

•  You will manage asset risks, renewals and modifications to support informed decision-making, continuous improvement and long-term network performance.

About you

•  You bring demonstrated experience in asset management, engineering or a related discipline, with strong technical judgement and analytical capability. 

•  You have proven ability to assess asset performance, identify emerging risks and provide evidence-based recommendations in complex operational environments. 

•  You build trusted stakeholder relationships, influence outcomes effectively and balance collaboration with assurance, compliance and contractual obligations.
