Warehouse Coordinator

Sleepy's are looking to welcome a suitably experienced and highly organised Warehouse Coordinator to lead our Support Warehouse in Gepps Cross, on a Part-time basis (4 Days). This will involve a proactive approach to logistics from a candidate with a passion for giving our customers a good night’s sleep!

About the role

This role will see you working autonomously across logistics, stock control, and customer service, to better support our store network in the Adelaide region.

Your key responsibilities

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods

• Scheduling deliveries with customers and delivery drivers to ensure accuracy of inventory movements

• Regular liaison with Store teams to manage stock levels, customer deliveries, and maintain inventory efficiency

• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously

• Stock control and stocktake compliance

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• A demonstrated record of success in warehouse management- bulky goods retail and other industries are welcome

• Ability to ensure compliance including the following of processes and systems

• Analytical with great attention to detail and ability to collate data for management level reports

• Self-driven and ability to manage own schedule with conflicting priorities while making decisions to ensure quality of service and meet deadlines.

• A genuine desire to provide exceptional service to our Adelaide stores and customers

• Results driven with a relentless desire to contribute to your team’s success
