Youth AOD Counsellor & Case Manager
Lithgow | 30.4 hours per week | Part-Time
$88,109 - $94,828 per annum (pro rata) + Superannuation + Salary Packaging Benefits

We're looking for a passionate Youth AOD Counsellor to join our Dianella Lithgow Youth Program and help young people build healthier, more positive futures.
This is an opportunity to do meaningful work every day, supporting young people aged 12 to 24 as they navigate alcohol and other drug challenges, strengthen coping skills and develop pathways towards improved wellbeing.
No two days are the same. You'll build genuine connections with young people, deliver evidence-based interventions and work alongside families, schools and community services to help young people access the support they need, when they need it most.
About the Dianella Lithgow Youth Program
The Dianella Lithgow Youth Program provides free, non-residential alcohol and other drug support for young people aged 12 to 24 living in Lithgow and surrounding communities.

About the Role
As the Youth AOD Counsellor, you will provide assessment, counselling and recovery-focused support to young people experiencing alcohol and other drug challenges.
Working as part of a collaborative and experienced team, you will support young people to identify strengths, develop goals and create meaningful change in their lives.
