What You'll Be Doing✅ Deliver engaging and practical training to students✅ Conduct workplace and classroom-based assessments✅ Support students to achieve real employment outcomes✅ Build strong relationships with local employers and industry partners✅ Help maintain high quality training and compliance standards
What We're Looking For✔ Industry experience in aged care, disability support, community services or health✔ Current Trainer & Assessor qualifications (or willingness to obtain/update)✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills✔ Passion for mentoring and developing others✔ Ability to deliver engaging, industry-relevant training
