• Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Our Graduate Program offers four six-month rotations, including the opportunity to experience a specialty unit and care for a diverse range of patients. With the support of experienced clinicians, dedicated mentors and ongoing education, you’ll build your confidence, strengthen your clinical skills and develop a strong foundation for your nursing career.

• Have completed or are on track to complete your Diploma in Nursing. 
• Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse by February 2027
• Hold valid Australian work rights.
