Software Implementation Coordinator

Lead the successful delivery of a major software implementation within one of Australia’s leading Heavy Haulage Companies.

We are seeking an organised and highly capable professional to become the key liaison between our business and our software development partner. This role will be pivotal throughout the design, build, rollout and implementation phases of our new business management system.

This is unique opportunity to play a key role in transforming how our business operates. You will be the central point of communication, ensuring information flows efficiently between our operational teams and the software provider while driving the project through to completion.

About The Role:

Reporting directly to the senior management, you will coordinate every aspect of the project process, ensuring the project remains organised, on schedule and aligns with the business requirements.

You will become the subject matter expert for the new system, leading our teams through the implementation, user adoption and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities:

. Act as the primary liaison between our business and the software provider

. Coordinate all project communications and serve as the central point of contact.

. Schedule and facilitate project meetings with internal stakeholders and external parties

. Gather operational requirements from multiple departments and translate them into clear business requirements

. Document workflows, procedures and implementation requirements

. Monitor project milestones, actions and deliverables and ensure achievable outcomes

. Assure accurate and prompt information flow between stakeholders

. Assist with system testing, troubleshooting and user acceptance testing

. Develop roll out and implementation plans

. Create user guiders, documentation and training materials

. Deliver training and ongoing support to teams during rollout and implementation

 About You:

You are an exceptional communicator who enjoys bringing people together. You are highly organised, analytical and comfortable functioning within operational and technical environments.                           

Ideally, you will have experience across the following:

1.        Software or ERP implementation projects

2.        Project development and coordination

3.        Process improvement

4.        Operation within a transport or associated industry

You will also possess:

. Outstanding organisational and time management skills

. Strong written and verbal communication abilities

. Excellent stakeholder coordination and management ability

. Confidence working with software developers and operational personnel

.  Strong problem solving and analytical skills

. The ability to multitask with strong attention to detail

 Desirable Experience:

. Heavy Haulage, Transport or Logistics Industry Experience

. Experience across a similar software projects

. Experience with business process mapping and reporting

. Change management experience

. Training delivery and documentation development ability
