Leading Hand Landscaper / Site Supervisor

About the role

This is a senior, site-based role for a practical leader who can manage small crews while remaining hands-on. You will coordinate daily works, maintain quality and safety and help deliver residential landscaping projects efficiently from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and supervise a small landscaping crew on residential projects

• Complete and oversee paving, edging, retaining walls, turf, planting, mulching and site preparation

• Read plans, manage set-outs and coordinate daily site priorities

• Organise materials, equipment and deliveries to keep projects on track

• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and site presentation

• Identify site issues and communicate practical solutions

• Support and mentor junior team members

• Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers and subcontractors when needed

What we’re looking for

• Qualified landscaper or substantial residential landscape-construction experience

• Previous leading hand, supervisor or senior crew experience highly regarded

• Strong hands-on capability across hard and soft landscaping

• Ability to read plans, manage site workflow and lead by example

• Current Australian driver's licence and White Card - essential

• Reliable, organised and safety-focused with strong attention to detail

• Clear communication skills and pride in delivering excellent work
