Packaging Line Operator (PM Shift) - 4 day (36 hour) week!

The role:

As a Packaging Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring our products are packaged safely, accurately and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up, operate and monitor packaging equipment to achieve safe and efficient production.

• Assemble and disassemble packaging equipment before and after production runs.

• Package, label, box and prepare products for warehouse storage and customer dispatch.

• Complete quality control checks throughout the packaging process.

• Thoroughly clean equipment and work areas between production runs to prevent cross-contamination.

• Follow production schedules, job files and documented work instructions.

• Maintain accurate production records and packaging documentation.

• Identify and report quality or equipment issues.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.

• Work collaboratively with Production, Warehouse and Quality teams to achieve daily production targets.

About you:

You'll be someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing consistently high-quality outcomes. You understand the importance of following procedures, working safely and contributing positively to a team.

You'll also bring:

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging or warehouse environment.

• Experience operating production or packaging equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good mechanical aptitude and confidence working with machinery.

• The ability to follow documented procedures and quality requirements.

• A strong focus on cleanliness, organisation and contamination control.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• Reliability, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

• Physical fitness suitable for manual handling tasks.
