Accounts Administrator

Accounts Administrator | Onsite | Caulfield Head Office | Entry Level

• Manage accounts receivable functions, including daily bank reconciliations, debtor follow-up, payment allocation, and collections 
  

• Perform daily quality checks of therapist invoices  
  

• Conduct daily quality checks of reports relating to therapy services  
  

• Liaise with therapists and administration staff regarding invoicing and billing queries  
  

• Process customer credit card payments via EWAY  
  

• Review and process customer refund requests  
  

• Respond to internal and external accounts enquiries including complaints 
  

• Manage accounts' email inbox and phone enquiries  
  

• Maintain accurate records within the company CRM  
  

Requirements

Requirements 

• PRODA access (Preferred)  
  

• NDIS experience (Preferred) 
  
• Applicants must be an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen holding a Special Category (subclass 444) visa with unrestricted work rights in Australia.​
  

Highly Desirable 

• Experience using Xero  
  

• Payroll experience (role may expand to include payroll responsibilities)
