YOUR ROLE

As our Lead Investigator & Customer Service Hero, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring homeowners complete our lead process while delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contacting homeowners who haven’t completed their application and gathering missing details.

• Answering homeowner questions with the help of our AI agent, Alan.

• Responding to inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and Zendesk.

• Identifying and handling incomplete leads—verifying details, sorting spam, and escalating as

• needed.

• Collaborating with our IT team to improve processes.

• Confidently using multiple CRM systems (Lead Manager, Zendesk, BaseCamp).
