About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for every aspect of the café's daily operations. You will work side by side with your team to deliver exceptional service with strong results. You'll coach and develop your team, drive store performance and ensure every part of the operation runs smoothly, from rostering and stock control to service standards and presentation.

About You

You're a confident hospitality manager who genuinely enjoys developing people, stays calm under pressure and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll have experience managing a busy café, restaurant or hospitality venue, with a proven ability to motivate and develop your team. You're organised and are confident making decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills come naturally to you, and you have a hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail.
