The Role

As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your store's success.

You'll lead from the front, working alongside your team to deliver exceptional customer service and create the welcoming experience Miami Bakehouse is known for.

You'll motivate and develop your team, drive store performance and make sure every aspect of the operation runs smoothly, from rostering and stock control to service standards and presentation.

This is a key leadership role with the freedom to bring your own ideas, initiative and management style to an established, award-winning brand.

About You

You're a confident hospitality manager who brings out the best in others, remains calm under pressure and leads with integrity.

You'll have experience managing a busy cafe, restaurant or hospitality venue, with a proven ability to motivate and develop your team.

You're organised, comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication and problem-solving skills. Most importantly, you're a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail who takes pride in running a great cafe.
