About the Role

This is an Expression of Interest, not a vacancy for an immediate position.

By submitting your application, you’ll be added to our talent pool for future Piling Operator opportunities across our projects. As vacancies become available, we’ll review applications and contact candidates whose skills and experience best match our operational requirements.

As a Piling Operator, you’ll play a key role in the construction of utility-scale solar farms by safely operating piling equipment used to install solar foundations. You’ll work closely with supervisors, surveyors and ground crews to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safety and productivity.

Duties may include:

• Operating piling rigs and associated machinery.
• Installing driven piles in accordance with project specifications.
• Conducting pre-start inspections and basic maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Reading and interpreting pile layouts and site plans.
• Working closely with survey, QA and construction teams.
• Monitoring pile quality, depth and alignment.
• Completing daily plant and production records.
• Following Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and company procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised worksite.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily production targets.

About You

We’re looking for people who:

• Have previous experience operating piling rigs or similar heavy construction plant.
• Have a strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Are reliable, punctual and take pride in their work.
• Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Can work effectively within a team and communicate respectfully with others.
• Are able to work in remote locations and travel for projects when required.
• Hold a Construction White Card (essential).
• Hold a current Australian Driver Licence (essential).
• Hold relevant plant operating tickets and/or VOCs (essential).
• Previous experience within renewable energy, civil or infrastructure projects is advantageous.
