Safety and Compliance Coordinator - Lytton | Up to $120,000 - $130,000 + Super | Exciting career opportunity

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain transport-related certifications, permits, accreditations, and vehicle records (e.g., NHVAS,
• Fatigue, Mass, Maintenance modules).
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with relevant transport, road safety, and fatigue management legislation.
• Monitor driver licensing, work diaries, and fatigue management systems.
• Report non-conformances and breaches to management, and liaise with regulators when required.
• Lead development and implementation of transport-related WHS policies and procedures.
• Promote a strong safety culture through communication, coaching, and leadership.

Skills & Experience required

• Cert IV or higher in Transport & Logistics or Work Health & Safety (mandatory).
• CoR Awareness and Fatigue Management certification (mandatory)
• Internal auditing or Lead Auditor qualifications (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of fatigue laws, mass and dimension regulations, and load restraint standards.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator able to lead toolbox talks, investigations, and staff training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and fleet/compliance management software (e.g., NHVAS portals,MTData etc).
