Assistant Manager / Utility -FIFO

This position would suit someone with significant accommodation systems experience within a Mining/ Hotel environment that also has experience in other areas of management to successfully undertake the role of Assistant Manager. We may require utility work for one week. We need someone who can jump in and get the work done efficiently.

What this role involves:

• Management of the Accommodation reservations systems
• Management of site & all contract scoped accommodation and catering services 
• Impeccable client relationship development / management
• Demonstrable team management, development & leadership

The successful applicant will have the following skills or experience:

• Experience with large scale accommodation of 600+ rooms.

• Experience with housekeeping or utility work

• People management experience
• Demonstrated experience in Safety and HACCP
• A passion for customer service excellence 
• Motivated and accountable
• Excellent organisational skills
• Experience within a similar role in a camp environment will be highly regarded

You will be required to motivate, educate and lead your team to produce service quality of high standards, keep staff turnover to a minimum and customer satisfaction at high levels and assist in the operation of a profitable business unit.

This is a Fly In/Fly Out role from Sydney or Brisbane on a 2 week on 1 week off roster. Travel, meals, uniforms and accommodation are inclusive.
