What You’ll Be DoingAnalyse sales, gross margin and profitability performance across customers, segments, channels and territoriesIdentify key drivers of performance including price, mix, volume, discounting and cost impactsProvide clear, insight-led reporting to Sales and leadership teamsLead the monthly AGP forecasting process, partnering with stakeholders to improve forecast quality and accuracySupport budgets, forecasts, month-end variance analysis, business cases and the 4-Year PlanMaintain consistent, accurate and meaningful commercial data, reporting definitions and methodologiesPartner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and NPD teams to improve reporting, planning, forecasting and business outcomesContribute to business improvement initiatives, including finance process improvements, systems and ways of working

What We’re Looking forPrevious experience in commercial analysis, finance, sales analytics or a similar roleTertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics including CA or CPA qualification (or working towards completion)Strong financial and commercial acumen, particularly across sales, margin and profitability driversAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendationsStrong communication skills, with the confidence to partner with and influence non-finance stakeholdersAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skills; Power BI experience will be highly regardedHigh attention to detail, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on analysis
