The RoleWe are seeking an experienced food professional with a background in commercial kitchens, catering, or chef roles to join our team as a Food Production Supervisor. This hands-on position supports the preparation, production and presentation of food across a variety of outlets throughout Sydney Action Park, ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards are maintained at all times.
The successful applicant will bring previous chef or kitchen experience, a strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety practices and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities include food preparation, overseeing production schedules, staff training and development, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, supporting menu execution and assisting food and beverage teams during peak operating periods.
A certificate II in Food Processing (or working towards), Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (NSW), Cert III in Commercial Cookery and/or experience operating food production equipment is desirable. Your expertise will help deliver quality dining experiences that form an important part of our guests’ overall visit and enjoyment.
